Who can access my unit?

Only you can access your unit. You provide the lock and you keep the key.

Are there restrictions as to what I can store in my unit?

Yes. As outlined in the Terms and Conditions, any products that may potentially pose a risk to the environment, your unit or other units, any hazardous substances or explosives are strictly prohibited.

When does my contract start?

You are billed for your unit from the first of each month. However you can move in on any day that is convenient for you. We will simply prorate the first month and only charge you for the days you are actually in the unit. Your regular monthly billing will start the following month. The same applies to your move out. If you need a few extra days we will only charge you for those days. Contracts for RV parking are not prorated

How do I give my Notice to Vacate?

Simply give us a call to let us know what date you will be vacating. A minimum of two weeks notice is required. If you are moving out of an indoor storage unit, be sure to remove the lock and leave it clean for the next customer.

Do you offer insurance?

No. It is up to the client to provide appropriate insurance coverage and to determine the suitability of the space for the contents the client wishes to store.

Where are the offices located?

Legal Self Storage is committed to providing our customers with the best possible service. Although we do not have full time staff on either site, we will make every effort to accomodate your schedule as far as appointment times and locations to meet with you. We are very flexible - just give us a call!

Do you offer long term contracts?

Yes. Special rates are available for clients wishing to rent on a 6 month or a twelve month basis. Payment for the full term must be paid in advance and is non-refundable.
